This place is an upscale restaurant wanna be. I went there on 2/20/15 for dinner, sat at the bar and asked about the specials. The board where the specials are meant to be listed was blank. I was told the special was seared ahi tuna steak and mashed potatoes with veggie so I ordered it. Big mistake. It may have been good 4 days earlier because I think that was when it was cooked. I was served stale leftovers and couldn't eat it. No one asked how the food was, it was obvious they knew when the plate was picked up without a word. Don't waste your time and money. David from Atlanta.

The menu looks awesome at first glance and the spinach & artichoke dip was good, but generally speaking the food is mediocre and beer is not cold. Service was slow and our waitress was not very attentive. I've been here twice in the last year and both times I was disappointed. But then again I sat in the back, so maybe if you sit in the front you get better service.

The food was over priced and under seasoned. $7 for a tiny piece of flavorless and dry cheesecake.

The restaurant has two personalities; casual pub in the back and formal dining in the front. The food is always delicious and this is where I take my business clients when in Pell City. The prices are reasonable for the upscale menu and wine list available. If you are looking for cheap, fast food I would recommend one of the drive thrus down the street.

Servers are fantastic, they make you feel at home. The pub displays flat screen TV's at every angle, so there is no such thing as a bad seat. The food is great all around good experience.

Best restaurant in Pell City. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Chicken Parmesan with ravioli is excellent along with the pizzas.

Ravioli ribeye is excellent! If you sit in the back bar, beware it is smokey. That is my only complaint. Overall a good experience.

We have been a couple of times now. The stuffed mushrooms are to die for. I hate mushrooms and I will devour these! Everything else was great as well. Great atmosphere.

Gravel parking in rear and poor outside appearance does not represent the inside. Cozy dim light resturant/lounge area. Serves full menu in a "lounge" type atmosphere. Friendly waitress Indoor smoking permitted.

Great atmosphere for dinner with friends. Vegetarian options limited but the pizzas are great! They make great mixed drinks!! Friendly waiters. Setting can get too smoky at times.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
